Galpao Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse

We visited on Thanksgiving day. It was not so busy. If you really love to eat meats a lot, it is great. But I prefer to eat best meat a little bit, so it is not the best restaurant for me. Meats was not so tasty. I loved shrimp and salmon because they had great seasoning. Otherwise meats are same taste. I may not go again. But meat lover would love this place. Appetizer was good!

If you are a meat lover then this is a place for you. From chicken to leg of lamb and everything in between. Goodchoices at the salad bar. A couple of my favorites are the grilled cheese and the candied pineapple. The rib eye and chicken wings are also good options to try as well. Overall this place gets a 7/10 mainly because the service is spot on. The water stays full and the entree cuts don’t stop flowing. If you judge on price don’t, it won’t get a fair shake.

We came here for lunch to celebrate a special occasion. It was a treat. Food and service was excellent. If they don't bring out what you want, you can ask them and they will bring it to you. The salad bar had many nice cold dishes. The meat was delicious. We especially enjoyed the grilled pineapple and cheese. This place is walkable from Bart. We came on a Monday thinking the weekday pricing would apply, but it was also MLK Jr day, so we got charged extra because of holiday pricing.

My family took me out for my birthday here. It was my first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse and I had an idea of what to expect but wow, it was A LOT. Location is good. There's a parking garage less than a block away that's cheap. They have a decent salad bar. I tried pretty much everything and my favorite was the shrimp salad, the marinated cremini mushrooms and the marinated olives. They also had this creamy chicken soup that was really good. They have these little cards on the table that are green on one side and red on the other. You turn the card up showing the green side when you want them to bring meats to your table and you turn it to red when you're not ready for more meat. Honestly, I don't think they cared about those little cards. 😂 When it was time for me to come to the table? (17 meats by the way), they were coming fast and furious. Bacon wrapped filet mignon, lamb chops, beef ribs, shrimp, salmon, so much stuff to try. My favorite out of everything surprisingly was the shrimp. Out of everything, I felt it had the most flavor. Although they do have sauces on the table that you can put on the meats, the flavor on the shrimp from the kitchen was perfect. For dessert, I had the creme brulee which was really good and they sang me happy birthday. Prior to that, they brought mashed potatoes with cheese on top and cooked bananas. I'm usually not a fan of bananas like that, but they were actually really good. The first batch of mashed potatoes they brought out were good too, but the second batch was a bit looser and not as flavorful. I had a really good time and so did my family. Definitely one of those places you go to if you have a big appetite. I normally am good about taking a ton of pictures to share, but I think I got so caught up in all of the food that kept coming my way, that I didn't take many this time.

First time visiting a Brazilian grill style restaurant. Bring your appetite. All of the food was great. The only mediocre meat was the sausage that tasted like a easy brought worst. The highlight was definitely the leg of lamb. We tried 15 of the 17 meat options between the 2 of us. The salmon and pork ribs just didn't make the cut, but I'm sure they are great.

I went here for the first time with my son for his birthday (he’s 11 yo). He LOVED it. The service was amazing. The food was great. He loved it so much he got his dad to take him the next night! I’ve never had so many people making sure we were happy. Please try the Brazilian lemonade - it’s amazing!! What a great place. ❤️
